When you walk through our door, you will be greeted with a smile and directed toward our seating area. WE suggest you arrive a few minutes early to enjoy one of our many complimentary beverages including Coffee, sparkling water, tea, beer, wine, and bubbly.
Arrival
Before we jump in to your appointment your stylist will consult with you about your service and expectations. we will ask about prior hair color history, lifestyle, styling routine, your hair goals, beauty budget, and of course all the hair inspo photos.
the consultation is the most important part of an appointment,. we will have a plan to achieve your dream hair, talk about maintenance, and most of all, the health of your hair.

Once we are finished with your consultation, and have detailed plan to create and achieve your desired look we will begin formulating your custom color.
when your color is applied, feel free to grab a beverage, snack, magazine, and just RELAX.
next, head over to our shampoo area, where we will complete your experience with a luxurious scalp and neck massage .
